No top seam, but contouring seams throughout to lift and sculpt the booty! Megan is wearing a large in these. If you sit between sizes, we would suggest sizing up in these so they're more comfortable and not see through. Keep in mind, due to the light color of the fabric -- if you stretch them a bunch, they will become see through. Otherwise true to size.
