Former D3 Athlete. Mom of Three. Entrepreneur. Small-Town Dreamer.

Hi, I'm Megan! The founder and owner of Collins & Company, a small-town boutique built on a love for comfortable fashion, family, community, and the belief that big dreams can grow from the smallest beginnings.

Before I was a business owner, I was an athlete, a teacher, a coach and eventually a mom who was learning how to balance all the different pieces of life.

I spent six years teaching middle and high school math, but I've always had an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for helping women feel confident, capable, and comfortable in their own skin.

As a former collegiate athlete, fitness was a huge part of my identity. When I discovered at-home workouts after college, I found myself falling in love with movement all over again. I started sharing my fitness journey online, and something unexpected happened.

Women started asking about my clothes.

Where did you get those leggings?

Where can I find that outfit?

What started as a few simple questions sparked an idea.

What if I could create a place where women could find comfortable, stylish, affordable clothing without sacrificing quality or confidence?

And just like that, my boutique journey began.

From a Basement Dream to Our Very Own Storefront

Collins & Company wasn't built overnight.

It started in our home, grew through social media and online shopping, and eventually expanded into a retail space inside other shops.

Every chapter brought new challenges, opportunities, lessons, and a whole lot of growth.

And in October 2026, we reached a milestone that once felt like a distant dream.

We purchased our very own building in Paullina, Iowa.

A place to call ours. A place to welcome our community. A place to continue growing something that began with a simple idea and a whole lot of determination.

What started with activewear has grown into a boutique offering everyday essentials, comfortable casuals, elevated workwear, accessories, and clothing for the entire family.

Because while I still love a good pair of leggings, I've learned that style should fit your life, not the other way around.

A Boutique Built Around Family

Somewhere along the way, this little business became something even more meaningful.

It became a reflection of the people who mean the most to me.

I'm married to my husband, Aaron, and together we're raising our three children: Collins, Rhett, and Wells.

They're the inspiration behind our name, our collections, and so much of what we do.

The Megan Women's Collection — Everyday fashion for women who want to feel confident, comfortable, and put together, whether they're running errands, heading to work, or chasing little ones.

The Aaron Men's Collection — Comfortable, versatile styles for the men in our lives.

The Collins Girl Collection — Fun, stylish pieces for little girls, inspired by our daughter Collins.

The Rhett Boy Collection — Everyday favorites for growing boys, inspired by our son Rhett.

The Wells Baby Collection — Sweet, comfortable essentials for the littlest members of the family, inspired by our youngest, Wells.

Every collection has a name, a story, and a special place in our hearts.

More Than Just a Boutique

If there's one thing I believe in, it's the power of community.

I'm passionate about small businesses, supporting local families, building meaningful relationships, and creating opportunities right here in rural Iowa.

As a mom, business owner, and entrepreneur, I know firsthand how full life can get. I also know how much the little things matter.
