📦 SHIPPING POLICY – Collins & Co.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.

Please note: during launches, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended; we always appreciate your patience as a small business.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We currently ship within the United States, to Canada and the United Kingdom.

Estimated delivery times once shipped:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight

  • Shipping destination

  • Carrier rates

Any promotions offering free or discounted shipping will be clearly stated at checkout or during the promotion. We do a flat rate of $8 shipping in the United States. 


Local Pickup

Local pickup is available in Paullina or Primghar, Iowa. Paullina, Wednesday to Friday 10am to 5pm and Saturday 9am to 1pm. Primghar is per request only. 


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.


Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout.

Collins & Co. is not responsible for:

  • Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by the carrier

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your order is in the hands of the carrier, Collins & Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If an issue occurs:

  • Please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number

  • Reach out to us and we’ll do our best to assist where possible


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We’ll review and make it right as quickly as possible.
