Refund policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return in the form of in-store credit. We are unable to refund the amount to a card/bank account.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the (email) receipt or proof of purchase (order number).
To start an online return, you can contact us at megan@collinsandcompany.shop. If your return is accepted, I will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You are responsible for the shipping cost to send it back. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

For an in-store return, bring your item in, with your order number/receipt, and in the same condition that you received it. We will then issue you a gift certificate/card for you to use in store at a later date or online.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right. Items damaged after arrival, such as seams tearing or stains from trying on, are not eligible for return or store credit.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, specifically custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
I do NOT accept returns on ANY sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong size or color, you may exchange it for the same item in different variables if it is in stock. Send me an e-mail at megan@collinsandcompany.shop and I will provide the address to send the items you wish to exchange back and begin the process. If you let me know what size/color exchange you need, I can 'hold' those items and ship back once your original items are approved & returned. You are responsible for the shipping cost to send items back.
Refunds
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically issued store credit.
